This Privacy Policy explains how 4Tactic Sports Club collects, uses, stores and protects visitors’ personal data. We process data in accordance with the applicable personal data protection laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, including the Law on Personal Data Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of BiH, No. 12/25).
1. Who is responsible for your data?
4Tactic Sports Club is responsible for processing personal data through this website. For privacy questions, email sk4tactic@gmail.com.
2. What data may we collect?
Depending on how you use the site, we may process:
- Information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number and message.
- Information about your interest in training, membership, events or other club activities.

We do not ask you to submit sensitive or special categories of personal data that are unnecessary for handling your inquiry.

If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out lawfully before that point.
5. Contact form and email
The contact form does not currently store messages in a separate website database. Completing the form opens your email application with a prepared message, which you confirm and send to sk4tactic@gmail.com. Once sent, the data are processed as email correspondence for the purpose of your inquiry, unless another lawful basis applies to further storage or processing.
6. Cookies and analytics
The site may use technically necessary cookies and similar technologies. If web analytics are enabled, additional cookies or similar technologies may measure visits and site usage. Where applicable rules require consent, consent mechanisms should be applied before activating non-essential cookies. You can also manage cookies in your browser.

The club does not control the privacy practices of independent platforms.

9. Transfers outside Bosnia and Herzegovina

13. Children’s privacy
The site is not intended to independently collect children’s personal data. Where participation by a minor in a club activity requires processing personal data, we follow applicable rules and involve a parent or legal guardian where required.

This policy applies only to the 4Tactic Sports Club website. Owners or operators of other linked websites are responsible for their own data processing.
