These terms govern use of the 4Tactic Sports Club website. By using the site, you acknowledge these terms and agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.

1. Purpose of the website

The site provides information about the club, training, disciplines, membership, events, activities and related content. The information is for general guidance. Visiting the site, submitting an inquiry or expressing interest does not automatically create membership, reserve a place, conclude a contract or oblige the club to provide a service.

2. Training, membership and events

Schedules, programs, events, availability and other activities may change. Confirm final details directly with the club. Membership is governed by the club’s internal rules and procedures; the website’s overview does not replace club decisions, procedures or governing documents.

3. Safety and shooting-related content

Information about safety, training, sport shooting, equipment and rules is educational and informational. It does not replace in-person instructions from an instructor, Safety Officer or Range Officer, the rules of a particular range, or any other mandatory safety procedure. Always follow current safety rules and instructions from authorized personnel at the range.

4. IDPA rules and other sporting regulations

The IDPA guides on this site are informational summaries based on official IDPA documents, not substitutes for the original rulebook. The Bosnian guide is not an official translation. If this site differs from current official IDPA documents, the official version published by IDPA governs. The same applies to other sporting rules of third-party organizations linked from this site.

5. Accuracy and currency of information

We strive for accurate, current information, but schedules, sporting rules, external service terms and other circumstances can change. Confirm information that matters to a decision directly with the club or the official source linked here.

6. Contact and communication

The contact form prepares an email that you confirm and send yourself. Sending a message does not guarantee admission to training, an event, membership or any other activity unless the club expressly confirms it. General inquiries: sk4tactic@gmail.com.

7. Intellectual property

Text, graphics, design, names, marks, photographs and other original site content may be protected by the intellectual property rights of the club or other rights holders. Do not copy, distribute, publish, modify or commercially use protected content without authorization, unless permitted by law or the rights holder.

8. Permitted use

Do not use the website for:

• Unlawful activities.
• Attempted unauthorized access to the site, server or related systems.
• Disrupting operation, security or availability.
• Introducing malicious code or other harmful content.
• Unauthorized collection or misuse of others’ data.

9. External links and third-party services

The site may link to other websites, social networks, sporting organizations, maps and services. Those providers have their own terms and privacy policies. The club does not control independent websites and platforms.

10. Site availability

We seek to keep the site available and functional, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation free of technical issues, temporary outages, maintenance or issues involving infrastructure providers and other third parties.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by applicable law, the club is not liable for damage arising solely from reliance on outdated or incomplete informational content, interruption of site availability, or the content and services of independent third parties. This does not limit liability where applicable law does not permit its exclusion or limitation.

Processing of personal data related to the site is covered by our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the site, club activities or applicable law. The current version and latest update date will appear here.

14. Applicable law

Use of this website and these terms are governed by applicable laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, insofar as applicable.
